Presque 1h30 de black metal avant-gardiste et anarchiste, explosif — à l'échelle d'une bombe atomique : prenez garde à "Infanticide" —, qui poignarde la culture machiste ("Salem"), qui fait feu de tout bois et se sert dans tous les styles. Et "Le Cœur Bat" une folie de 25 minutes avec ce chant féminin rituel acide à la Wolvennest...

This is technically a double album, though you might not realize it at first. The first five tracks are the score to the narration of “Roses of War (730-731 AT)” as narrated by Christopher Robert Andreasen. The score itself is dark and moody, punctuating the heavy emotions of wartime. I strongly recommend listening to each half of those album separately to truly appreciate each presentation to its fullest, as both are truly fascinating. Kirk Gauthier
